RESPONSIBILITIES
- Make outbound scripted calls to customers who have previously requested an insurance quote;
- Send outbound texts from templates to customers who have previously requested an insurance quote;
- Meet daily goals for outbound call volume and texts;
- Qualify leads and redirect to our insurance production team.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong written and verbal communication;
- Confident and self-motivated personality;
- Must be energetic and enthusiastic;
- Must be process-driven, coachable and trainable;
- Strong upselling skills.
Compensation $12.00 - $27.00 per hour
